In 2017, a dear aunt of mine returned from the motherland with a gift that would unknowingly change the course of my journey. She handed me a block of raw, unprocessed shea butter, a treasured natural ingredient that has been used for centuries across Africa to nourish and protect the skin. To her, it was a meaningful and thoughtful gift—one that represented heritage, wellness, and tradition.

When I first received it, I was grateful but unsure what to do with it. The raw shea butter had a very strong natural scent that I wasn’t immediately fond of. However, despite my hesitation about the fragrance, I instinctively knew that what I held in my hands was something special. I understood that this block of shea butter was not just another product—it was a natural jewel, filled with incredible skin-loving benefits and centuries of wisdom.

I couldn’t bring myself to let it go to waste.
